Friendly staff and good cars..
Arrived there on a Saturday 7pm. No customer before us so straight in. The whole system was down and the only person in charge didnt seem to know what shes supposed to do. Got a car WITHOUT a contract after 40 mins at the counter. She kept typing something but the system was down. Gave us wrong information about the tank and the direction to where the car was parked. Total mess and stupidity.

Very bad experience had with the two staff at their Europcar rental car hire office in Devonport Tasmania. Do not hire any such vehiclle off of this company ever. Can YouLooff of this company
