What a great experience! I bought my new car from here this afternoon and the service was excellent and so friendly. I bought my last car from Hertz which is why I returned...that too was a painless experience. No haggling or pressure, just great customer service. Kathy went out of her way to help and even managed to get me a trade in on my dear old car, which I wasn't actually expecting. Thank you to Kathy and her colleague who was also a cheerful and helpful gentleman. Will always recommend Hertz over other used car sales.

Good service
The bus we hired was clean and in good condition we got an amazing deal, thankfully there was a cancellation and I was able to hire the last mini-bus for a party of 9 the day before we arrived on 03/04/15 Easter Friday. The staff member (Craig) was the nicest gentleman to deal with to collect keys for the car and also helped me book it the day prior. When I queried some charges that I didn't understand the Administration Officer and the Devonport team provided a quick response.Hertz has a very friendly and professional team at the Devonport Car Hire Office and the next time we take a break in Tassie we will be sure to hire from Hertz again.
