Clean and modern interiors. Got a free upgrade to executive suite when I stayed here for 1 night which was pretty sweet. Customer service is good. Only downside is there is no sink in the kitchenette so I had to wash my fruits and drain my noodles in the bathroom sink
If you need a short stop for resting near Devonport before you take the cruise to Melbourne, this place is recommended. It is clean and comfortable for kids and elderly. Big parking space, there are amenities in the room, cutlery and eating tools for those who are lazy to go out and buy food. Then, just eat in the room.
Great hotel/motel with all day dining facilities. Good place to visit if you are waiting to board the Spirit of Tasmania, as most eating places near the Spirit are closed.
Unfortunately the experience here wasn't very satisfying, we dined as a group of eight people, four kids and four adults.The kids enjoyed the playground but that is where I run out of positive things to say about the Argosy. The food we were served with was below average at best, from everything ranging from the kids chicken nugget meals to the seafood platter. It seemed no real care or effort was made in the cooking and the presentation of the food.Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend
