A day after our Cradle Mountain track we are reflecting on what a fabulous experience Wilderness Expeditions provided. We left and encountered over 50mls of rain on day one and our guides Ben and James absolutely excelled. Patience, attention to detail, support and encouragement became the new norm.We took the tent option and were provided with 2 course meals for a range of dietary needs - lactose, gluten, vegetarian - and nothing was too much trouble. We laughed, chatted and learned about local flora and fauna for 6 fabulous days. On the final night Paul - from Wilderness Expeditions - hiked 9 kms into our final camp site to deliver a birthday surprise for a very surprised group member.This experience went beyond expectation. From the gear and equipment fit out through to the daily climb and trekking everything came together as a special event and memory. We truly walked amongst friends and could recommend this tour and tour group highly.
