Not particularly aspirational except for the bubble tea place Smile. The hilarious pics someone has post of their mate so far for this location of the girl on the bench pretty much sums up the vibe - like every other mall in a small town.
With all of those shops, you don't have to go far to find food places!
The Rook Street Mall has many useful stores, if you are looking for a caf or a bank, a book store or a clothing store, the Rook Street Mall has it. There are also benches to sit down on and plenty of space to walk around. The mall and most shops are wheelchair accessible and it is a no-smoking area, although you may still find people smoking at either end of the mall. Overall its a nice shopping mall.
