Never EVER again...my family was in a hurry to meet friends we had only 15mins to grab tea...for convenience not taste value or any other reason we agreed on kfc...worst decision EVER....we ordered a variety box ...i might add here there was only one other vehicle in drive through. .very very quiet time.....i get home with 3 mins to spare pleased with being still on time to meet our friends open box...om goodness whats inside but a family burger box a much cheaper meal and to add one we dont personally like ...i rang kfc instantly. .told them what happened ..the girl said oh just bring it back and we will fix the order. ..are you kidding me. ..NO TIME LEFT....its 30 degree hottest day ever we are late choose this "food" for convenience. ..omg .so i say to girl ..look we are late i have no time left she says just bring back the box you have and we will fix it up...so we couldnt eat tea tonight tganks to kfc...the thing is they say sorry but they are not sorry at all ..its me that has to drive back all the way again in 30 degree heat..its me that now has to find other food for my family ..uts me that has to put up with all the moans and groanss from my family. .its me that has been inconvinced and all you get is sorry. .but the person that got my much more expensive meal than their ordered burger box would be very happy....not good enough kfc...you should have appologised said you would replace the meal at our erliest convienence atleast that way i still could have feed my family and not been late to meet our friends and be happy knowing we would get our "ordered and much more expensive meal at a later date....thats the least you could do kfc after ruining our day....NEVER EVER AGAIN....also is this where i add this isnt the 1st time kfc messed up our order...

The new drive through is a big tangled mess. Easy to have accident in your car park . When I was trying to pick my kids up cars are everywhere and no-one can get in and out of this place. Come on KFC I don't want to have an accident just to get a feed. You all need to sort it out before someone gets run over
