Toilet for urine sample is a public one very dirty, have to leave urine samples on reception desk in front of everyone in waiting roomDr/ reception doesnt reply when muliple requests for test , $80 each visit, not fun when you dont know if you even have results or not I thought you paid for Drs to get better service and more options but nope. Im going back to bulk billed at least I know why I'm getting mucked around
One of the worst clinic's around - extremely overpriced while offering below average services. You basically have to pay to breathe once inside and will leave very dissatisfied by all aspects. Think again before paying a visit to this medical centre.
It is the worst clinic ever in Australia according to my experience. They charged me a lot of money for nothing. A doctor visited me and I paid for that. After one month I got another bill from the pathology for a test that I didn't ask to take and, above all, the doctor didn't tell me that I had to pay again later for this.Moreover I can't even get the results of this test (that I don't know what is about) unless I take another appointment with the doctor even if I'm not in devonport anymore.At the end, it was totally a waste of money, 200 $ for a test that I didn't ask to take and with no results, and for a medicine that I could have take directly from the chemist because the prescription was not needed for it.It is a shame, never again.
